Juho Hänninen: "It's going really fast here and I now focus on gaining experience."

Michal Solowow: "We got a puncture again. We're really not lucky this year."

Jasper Van den Heuvel: "I am really happy. We're only losing half a second per kilometer on Loix, compared to one second last year."

Kris Meeke: "It is going really fast and we're on the limit. We also heard that it might start to rain in Heuvelland so tyre selection will be crucial."

Freddy Loix: "We're flat-out now. I am struggling with the rear tyres as they are running hot and I am getting vibrations towards the end of every stage. Anyway, we are on the same tyres and we'll have to see how it goes. We hope to make the difference in Heuvelland."

Jan Kopecky: "We had an accident on the road section to here. A motorcyclist went into the left side of the car. The motorcyclist seemed OK but we had to go and I am now worried as I don't know whether he is really fully OK."

Pieter Tsjoen: "The front runners are just going too fast. I will try to catch Basso though."

Bernd Casier: "We lost the left front wing of the car on the road section. No clue where we lost it or why. We didn't even notice. Anyway, there is no stress for overall ranking. We lost too much time yesterday."

Thierry Neuville: "While cutting into a left hand corner yesterday, the car was thrown off to the right and we hit a pole. The car was only back at servicing at 2am so we could not repair it in time. We're still here to encourage the other drivers however."

Nicolas Vouilloz caught up with Solowow on stage 8 as the latter suffered a puncture. As he tried to force his way through, he went into the ditch.
